WP116 is a modern self-priming water pump with a hydraulic motor. The pump is designed for the suction of water that has accidentally entered the collecting siphons in the lower parts of gas networks. Water can enter gas pipes after cracks or maintenance interventions, this mass of water that has accumulated in the lower part of the network can fill the siphons and also overflow, clogging the pipes and preventing the normal free passage of gas. Water can enter and damage the gas meters and cause other problems well known to gas maintenance crews. WP116 is made of non-sparking bronze and with moving parts without metal/metal contacts, so there is no possibility of creating localised overheating points. The hydraulic function (no current!) means implicit safety, which must be guaranteed in this delicate operation. For use, it is sufficient to connect the suction mouth of the pump to the siphon with a flexible hose and then vent and pump out the water/gas/air mixture, all in complete safety and with the gas line in normal operating condition. The extracted liquid must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations, as it is hazardous waste. WP116 is unique in its kind, because features, function and safety should not be missing in the equipment of modern gas maintenance teams.Practical, robust and safe, it is irreplaceable in useMade from "non-sparking" anti-explosive bronzeLarge water filter prevents dirt and metal shavings from entering the pumpThe water filter can be opened in a few seconds for cleaning and inspectionRequires minimal and simple maintenanceTechnical data:Water flow rate: 110 L/min at 1 metre head25 L/min at 20 metres headDelivery head: max. 20 metres (2 bar)Suction height: max. 6 metres above the water levelHose connection: Ø40mm (suction and pressure line)Ideal suction diameter: 25 mmWater quality: filtered waterHydraulics: 20-30 l/min at 100-210 bar

The HCD25-100 - Hand-held hydraulic core drill D=25-100 mm is one of the most powerful and user-friendly devices in its class. Developed for flexible drilling in hard-to-reach places, it can be used wherever neither electric drills nor drill rigs are practical - for example when drilling in concrete pipes, ventilation shafts or for installation work in existing buildings.
The device is completely hand-guided, does not require a separate drill rig and is suitable for almost all materials. For particularly heavy-duty applications, the HCD25-100 can also be adapted to a standard drill rig - maximum flexibility for professional use.
An integrated hydraulic torque limiter system (ASCO) ensures maximum safety when drilling: In the event of jamming, the device switches off automatically and reliably prevents kickbacks. The factory-set safety function must not be changed for safety reasons. Important: If a blockage occurs, the core should be removed from the material before the drilling process is restarted.
The device is technically impressive with a speed of 1500 min-¹, a drilling range of Ø 25-100 mm and a hydraulic output of 20 l/min at 100-172 bar. The drive adapter supplied (½" BSP socket with 1-1/4" UNC plug) ensures compatibility with standard core bits. The sound pressure level is only 84 dB, which makes the device comfortable to use even for longer applications.
Available from KW Hydraulik - your specialist dealer for high-quality hydraulic drilling technology from Hycon. Ideal for anyone looking for efficiency, safety and mobility combined in one tool.
The HCD-25-100 is one of the most powerful and user-friendly hand-held core drills on the market. It is perfect for hand-held drilling in hard-to-reach places where drill rigs or electric drills cannot be used. Drilling concrete pipes, ventilation holes or any other type of work where hand-held equipment is the fastest solution. It is extremely easy to use and suitable for any material. No drill rig is required. However, the HCD-25-100 also fits into a standard drill rig for heavy-duty work. The core drill is equipped with a built-in hydraulic torque limiter (ASCO system), which ensures maximum torque and prevents kickback when the drill is jammed. The core drill has an automatic integrated safety function that stops the core drill if it jams. However, in the event of jamming, always release the core bit from the material before you start drilling again. The integrated safety function is set at the factory and must not be disturbed.Hydraulics: 20 l/min. at 100-172 barDrill diameter: ø25-ø100Speed: 1500 min-1Drive adapter : Including ½" BSP socket with a 1-1/4" UNC plug adapterSound pressure level 1 m LWA: 84 dB

The HCD50-200 - Hand-held hydraulic core drill D=50-200 mm is a real powerhouse for mobile use on the construction site. As one of the most powerful and user-friendly core drills in its class, it is specially designed for drilling in hard-to-reach places - ideal where drill rigs or electric drills cannot be used.
Typical applications include drilling concrete pipes, ventilation holes or installation openings - especially in sewage construction, where the device is particularly appreciated thanks to its water and dust resistance. The HCD50-200 even enables hand-guided drilling up to Ø 350 mm, which saves an enormous amount of time in flexible applications. For particularly heavy-duty tasks, the device can be optionally integrated into a standard drill rig.
An integrated hydraulic torque limiter (ASCO system) ensures safe working: If the drill is blocked, the automatic safety function intervenes and prevents kickback. The safety cut-out is set at the factory and must not be changed. In the event of jamming, the drill core should always be released manually before the process is restarted.
Technically, the device is impressive with a speed of 600 min-¹, a drilling range of Ø 50-200 mm, a hydraulic output of 20 l/min at 100-172 bar and a very low vibration level of less than 2.5 m/s². The sound pressure level is only 80 dB - ideal for longer applications. With a weight of just 7.6 kg, the HCD50-200 is also particularly easy to handle.

The HCD-50-200 is one of the most powerful and user-friendly hand-held core drills on the market. It is perfect for hand-held drilling in hard-to-reach places where drill rigs or electric drills cannot be used.Drilling concrete pipes, ventilation holes or any other type of work where hand-held equipment is the fastest solution. It is insensitive to water, dust etc. and very popular for sewage installations. The fact that you can drill hand-guided holes up to ø350 mm without the need for a drill rig opens up a wide range of applications and saves an enormous amount of time. With the HCD-50-200, you can drill up to 350 mm by hand. However, the device also fits into a standard drill rig for heavy-duty work. The integrated safety function is set at the factory and must not be disturbed.Hydraulics: 20 l/min. at 100-172 barDrill diameter: ø50-ø200Speed: 600 min-1Drive adapter: Including ½" BSP socket with a 1-1/4" UNC plug adapterSound pressure level 1 m LWA: 80 dB
