The name NALTA, the northern Swedish word for half of half, epitomises the goal when CONJET developed the ROBOT 101 NALTA, the smallest and lightest fully automatic concrete removal robot on the market. The NALTA is specially designed for use where space is limited, for example between a building and scaffolding. It can also be quickly dismantled into components that are so small and light that they can be carried by one person. The NALTA enables the removal of concrete in tight, confined areas that are inaccessible by other methods. The NALTA is remotely controlled from a distance of up to 50 metres (164 feet) on horizontal, vertical or inclined surfaces.Due to the unique design of the ROBOT 101 NALTA, where there are no electrical sensors on the cutting head, the robot can safely operate under water for the repair of bridge foundations and similar structures. The NALTA consists of a cutting head mounted on a feed beam, which is equipped with steps that connect to standard scaffolding tubes. You also have the option of designing customised tube frames for your specific needs.Technical dataLength per section: 990 mmWeight per section: 8 kgWeight of lance unit: 12 kgWeight of the step: 9 kgWeight of hydraulic unit: 90 kgMaximum reaction force: 600 N Power supply: 1/3 phase, 50/60 Hz Maximum water pressure: 3000 bar
The ROBOT 327 is an electrically powered, track-driven, fully automatic concrete removal robot that is compatible with the CONJET ONE control system. The robot was developed to work in confined spaces and areas. It passes through an opening less than 0.9 metres (3 feet) wide. The ROBOT 327 is highly customisable. Different variations of tools and arms can be combined to meet the needs of your project. Aside from the arm and tool configurations, the ROBOT 327's high-pressure lance can be equipped with either a single or dual nozzle depending on the type of work. The robot can also be equipped with a winch for working on slopes and a rotary head can be fitted for surface preparation.Technical data:Width - carrier: 820-1,200 mmCutting width: 1,600 mmLength: 2,850 mmHeight: 1,420 mm Cutting height - overhead: 2,000 mm / 2850 mm**Cutting height - vertical: 2,400 mm / 3,300 mm**Weight / with counterweight: 1,180 kg / 1,330 kgMaximum reaction force: 1,500 N*Power supply:3 phases 380 - 480 V, 16 A, 50 - 60 Hz3 phases 200 V, 32 A, 50 - 60 Hz
The track-driven and fully automatic ROBOT 557 is available in a horizontal, MPA or MPA XL version. The 557 MPA and 557 MPA XL are equipped with an MPA (Multipurpose Arm), which allows you to easily adjust and position the cutting head using the remote control. Together with the adjustable chassis and rail extension, the robot is versatile and compact and has an unrivalled reach and stability. The ROBOT 557 is also equipped with a sliding main body that allows the robot's centre of gravity to be adjusted to ensure stability when working overhead. All versions of the CONJET ACR™- ROBOT 557 are available with a diesel or electric motor. The horizontal version of the ROBOT 557H is ideal for quick and easy concrete removal on car park decks, bridges and other horizontal surfaces, while the MPA or MPA XL version is preferred for wall and overhead work. The MPA and MPA XL versions can also be used for larger horizontal applications.
