DOA TWP40 - Water pump for testing the pressurisation capability in water networks
TWP40 is a modern petrol engine water pump with adjustable pressures of up to 40 bar and a flow rate of up to 60 l/min. The pump is designed for tests and time-dependent pressure drops in new water networks. The pump characteristics and its versatility make it possible to carry out most of the tests required by European standards. The quality of construction, the rational arrangement of the components, the practical operating and control functions make operation simple and intuitive to ensure precise and trouble-free use.High-quality double diaphragm pump and motor speed reducerWater filter on the suction line to prevent stones and particles from entering the pumpHigh-quality water tank with large filler opening for filling and cleaningQuick bayonet tank connection for continuous refillingCan run dry without damageStainless steel square tube frameTechnical data:Engine: Briggs & Stratton 6 hp petrolStart: Pull starterWater flow rate: max. 60 l/min, adjustableWater pressure: max. 40 bar, adjustableWater tank: 30 litresWater pipe connection: 3/8" BSPDimensions: 700x500x700 mmWeight: 50 kg (unfilled)

DOA WP116 - Self-priming pump with hydraulic motor for suction from siphons in gas networks
WP116 is a modern self-priming water pump with a hydraulic motor. The pump is designed for the suction of water that has accidentally entered the collecting siphons in the lower parts of gas networks. Water can enter gas pipes after cracks or maintenance interventions, this mass of water that has accumulated in the lower part of the network can fill the siphons and also overflow, clogging the pipes and preventing the normal free passage of gas. Water can enter and damage the gas meters and cause other problems well known to gas maintenance crews. WP116 is made of non-sparking bronze and with moving parts without metal/metal contacts, so there is no possibility of creating localised overheating points. The hydraulic function (no current!) means implicit safety, which must be guaranteed in this delicate operation. For use, it is sufficient to connect the suction mouth of the pump to the siphon with a flexible hose and then vent and pump out the water/gas/air mixture, all in complete safety and with the gas line in normal operating condition. The extracted liquid must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations, as it is hazardous waste. WP116 is unique in its kind, because features, function and safety should not be missing in the equipment of modern gas maintenance teams.Practical, robust and safe, it is irreplaceable in useMade from "non-sparking" anti-explosive bronzeLarge water filter prevents dirt and metal shavings from entering the pumpThe water filter can be opened in a few seconds for cleaning and inspectionRequires minimal and simple maintenanceTechnical data:Water flow rate: 110 L/min at 1 metre head25 L/min at 20 metres headDelivery head: max. 20 metres (2 bar)Suction height: max. 6 metres above the water levelHose connection: Ø40mm (suction and pressure line)Ideal suction diameter: 25 mmWater quality: filtered waterHydraulics: 20-30 l/min at 100-210 bar

MANTA - Hydraulic power pack with 14 hp petrol engine and integrated generator 2.2k VA
TheDOA MANTA hydraulic power pack combines two functions in one compact system: it supplies hydraulic power for tools and cylinders(30 l/min at max. 140 bar) - and at the same time provides power for electrical devices via the integrated 2.2 kVA generator (230 V). This makes it the ideal solution for self-sufficient use on the construction site or in mobile service.Technical details:Oil flow rate: 20-30 l/min at max. 140 barEngine: 14 HP Briggs&Stratton, petrolCable and electric starterManual speed controlFlat-face quick couplerGenerator output: 230V 2.2kVADimensions: [850x600x650)] mmWeight: 95 kgOn request, the hydraulics can be customised to suit the power of the generator set.
