The HM300-BETON from HYDRA is a hydraulically operated add-on pile driver for excavators from 2 to 6 tonnes. It is specially designed for driving concrete piles and is equipped with an integrated gripper and a centring support.It is operated directly from the excavator cab, enabling one-man operation. The impact force is 3000 kg at a frequency of 2000 min-¹. The hydraulic supply is divided into two circuits: Vibrator operation: 40 l/min at 150 barGrapple control: 10-20 l/min at 150 bar With a dead weight of 320 kg and a grab opening of up to 220 mm, the system is suitable for a wide range of applications in gardening and landscaping, fence construction or foundation construction with concrete piles.

The HM300-HOLZ from HYDRA is a robust add-on pile driver for the efficient driving of timber piles. Developed for attachment to excavators with an operating weight of 2 to 6 tonnes, the system can be fully operated by just one person directly from the cab.Thanks to the integrated gripper and special centring holder for round timber, wooden piles can be guided precisely and driven in in a controlled manner. HYDRA's design experience resulted in a device for driving piles using the excavator boom. With the help of a gripper mounted on the pile driver, the pile can be picked up for use in the vertical position and vibrated completely into the terrain with the vibrating plate.
