The RPW100SET is a ready-to-use complete system for the controlled sealing of gas pipes up to DN80 (100 mm outside diameter). Whether for mains operation, maintenance or emergency use - this hydraulic crimping tool offers a fast, safe and pressure-resistant solution for steel and PE pipes, even in the case of damaged water pipes.
The centrepiece of the set is the pipe crimping tool with 185 kN crimping force, operated via the included hydraulic foot pump FHP-2-850BAR-M with pressure gauge and 3 m hydraulic hose. The system operates at 850 bar / 12,142 PSI, which means that even thick-walled pipework can be reliably sealed.
