The KWDY system combines a hydraulically driven power generator and a screw compressor (1,300 l/min at 10 bar) for fixed installation in vans with a reinforced power take-off(PTO+, 40 kW), e.g. Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter or MAN TGE. It supplies 6.5 kVA of power (400/230 V) and compressed air for demanding applications such as earth rockets or tools on the construction site. The KWF-COMBY - HYDRO COMBY SW-F300 - PTO-GEAR model is a compact, multifunctional unit for service and workshop vehicles with power take-off (PTO) - for example for the VW Crafter (up to model year 2016). The system is driven directly by the vehicle's engine via a hydraulic pump and combines power generation, compressed air supply, welding technology and hydraulic function in a single system. The equipment includes a 230 V output (5 kVA / 16 A / CEE socket blue or Schuko) and a 400 V output (10 kVA / 16 A / CEE socket red). The integrated welding unit supplies up to 300 A welding current, has a connection for SK 35/50 plugs and an interface for a remote control. The air compressor generates 1,000 l/min at 12 bar with a 25 l pressure accumulator (BSP ½" IG connection).
