Double-acting 500-700 bar

These hydraulic power packs are used to drive double-acting tools and cylinders. Variants with solenoid valves, manual valves or without valves.

Double-acting hydraulic power packs 500-700 bar

Our double-acting hydraulic power packs in the 500 to 700 bar pressure range have been specially developed for the reliable operation of double-acting hydraulic cylinders and tools. They are used wherever maximum power, controlled feedback and safe continuous operation are required. For example in industry, mechanical engineering, railway construction or pipeline construction.

Versions for every area of application

We offer three perfectly harmonised versions:

  • Type DE (with solenoid valves): For moulds with electric controlor without their own valve. Controlled via separate remote control.
  • Type DM (with manual valve): For moulds without integrated valve. Manualcontrol directly on the unit.
  • Type D (without valve): For moulds with their own mechanical control valve. Maximum connection flexibility.

Technical data & advantages

  • Nominal pressure: 500-700 bar
  • Drive types: electric, petrol or compressed air motor
  • Delivery volume: up to 4.0 l/min
  • Tank volume: 5-20 litres
  • Control: manual, wired or wireless
  • Design: mobile or stationary, available with protective frame

Thanks to intelligent valve technology and robust construction, our units are durable, low-maintenance and designed for intensive continuous use.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between single-acting and double-acting hydraulic power units?

A single-acting power unit only generates pressure in one direction - the return stroke is generated by spring force or the cylinder's own weight. Double-acting power packs actively convey the oil flow in both directions and enable precise movement control.

What are double-acting units typically used for?

Typical applications can be found in industrial assembly, bridge construction, pipe cutting or tensile testing - wherever tools need to move forwards and backwards in a controlled manner.

Which valve system is suitable for my tool?

If your tool has its own valve, the version without a valve (type D) is sufficient. If there is no valve, you need the version with solenoid or manual valve (type DE or DM).

Can I use double-acting units on a mobile basis?

Yes, many models have compact dimensions, carrying handles or castors and are equipped with mobile drives such as petrol engines - ideal for service vehicles or outdoor use.
