For demanding punching work on steel beams, flat material and sectional steel, KW Hydraulik offers powerful hydraulic hole punches as well as modern battery-powered hole punches and electronic versions. These tools are specially designed for material thicknesses of more than 3 mm up to 25 mm and enable deformation-free punching even under construction site conditions.
Hole punching - alternative to drilling
Our electric or battery-operated hydraulic models are up to 2.5 times faster than conventional drilling when punching holes (e.g. Ø14 mm in 10 mm S235 steel), with significantly less thermal stress on the workpiece. This not only reduces energy consumption, but also post-processing of the edges.
