HWG180 - Hydraulic welding generator, 40-180 ADC 21.5-28.8 V
The HWG180 combines a welding machine and generator in one compact, hydraulically driven system. It delivers 40-180 A welding current, is suitable for electrodes up to Ø 4 mm and offers a choice of 2 x 7 current levels.
In addition, 230 V (3 kVA) and 400 V (6 kVA) power connections are available. Operation takes place at 36-53 l/min and max. 210 bar. With IP23, the device is designed for robust outdoor use.

The HWG220 is a powerful, hydraulically driven welding generator for professional use. With up to 220 A welding current, 3 x 7 current levels and an electrode thickness of Ø 5 mm, it is suitable for demanding welding work under mobile conditions.
It also supplies your devices with power via a 230 V / 3 kVA and a 400 V / 6 kVA socket. It operates at 51-68 l/min and max. 210 bar. The IP23 protection class allows it to be used outdoors.

The HWG400 is a robust, hydraulically driven welding generator for demanding mobile and stationary applications. With a continuously adjustable welding current of 30-400 A and the ability to process electrodes up to Ø 7 mm, it is ideal for heavy-duty welding work in construction, agriculture or municipal applications.
Thanks to the integrated generator, 230 V / 4 kVA and 400 V / 10 kVA are available - perfect for the simultaneous operation of tools or lighting. The hydraulics work reliably at 81-101 l/min at up to 210 bar. The IP23 protection class guarantees use in adverse outdoor conditions.

All welding generators are equipped with a 230 volt and a 400 volt connection.
Our welding generators are equipped with the new noise-reduced hydraulic motors. The newly developed motors are more efficient, have a longer service life and require less maintenance.
