The KWDY system combines a hydraulically driven power generator and a screw compressor (1,300 l/min at 10 bar) for permanent installation in vans with a reinforced auxiliary drive (PTO+, 40 kW), such as the Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter or MAN TGE. It supplies 6.5 kVA of electricity (400/230 V) and compressed air for demanding applications such as earth-moving rockets or tools on construction sites. The unit is based on tried-and-tested Dynaset technology and is supplied complete with a hydraulic pump, generator, compressor, oil tank, oil cooling system, filter and all vehicle-specific components. The KWF COMPACT AIR 650/10 is a pre-assembled hydraulic unit designed for permanent installation in service and workshop vehicles, developed by the manufacturer FEP. Your van’s engine powers the generator, compressor and hydraulic pump. To achieve this, a hydraulic pump is fitted to the alternator belt and engaged as required using the magnetic clutch supplied. The hydraulic system powers the unit. The unit is permanently fitted and is ideal for rear-wheel-drive workshop, service or tradesmen’s vehicles. Once installed, the hydraulic pump generates electricity for the generator at a stable frequency – 230 V up to 5 kVA or 400 V up to 10 kVA, available via CEE or SCHUKO sockets. The KWF-COMBY – HYDRO COMBY SW-F300 – PTO-GEAR model is a compact, multifunctional unit for service and workshop vehicles fitted with a power take-off (PTO) – for example, the VW Crafter (up to model year 2016). The unit is driven directly by the vehicle’s engine via a hydraulic pump and combines power generation, compressed air supply, welding technology and hydraulic functions in a single system. Features include a 230 V output (5 kVA / 16 A / blue CEE socket or Schuko) and a 400 V output (10 kVA / 16 A / red CEE socket). The integrated welding machine delivers up to 300 A of welding current, features a connection for an SK 35/50 plug and an interface for a remote control. The air compressor delivers 1,000 L/min at 12 bar with a 25 L air receiver (BSP ½" female thread connection). In addition, the system offers a hydraulic connection with a flow rate of 20/30 L/min at 140 bar (including flat-face couplings) for external applications.
