The KWDY system combines a hydraulically driven power generator and a screw compressor (1,300 l/min at 10 bar) for fixed installation in vans with a reinforced power take-off(PTO+, 40 kW), e.g. Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter or MAN TGE. It supplies 6.5 kVA of power (400/230 V) and compressed air for demanding applications such as earth rockets or tools on the construction site. The unit is based on proven Dynaset technology and is supplied complete with hydraulic pump, generator, compressor, oil tank, oil cooling system, filter and all vehicle-specific components. The KWF COMPACT AIR 650/10 is a pre-assembled hydraulic power unit for permanent installation in service and workshop vehicles, developed by the manufacturer FEP. The system combines power generation (up to 10 kVA) and compressed air supply (650 l/min at max. 10 bar) in a compact frame module.Thanks to the optional auxiliary drive(PTO), the unit is suitable for vehicles with or without PTO preparation. The KWF-COMBY - HYDRO COMBY SW-F300 - PTO-GEAR model is a compact, multifunctional unit for service and workshop vehicles with power take-off (PTO) - for example for the VW Crafter (up to model year 2016). The system is driven directly by the vehicle's engine via a hydraulic pump and combines power generation, compressed air supply, welding technology and hydraulic function in a single system. The equipment includes a 230 V output (5 kVA / 16 A / CEE socket blue or Schuko) and a 400 V output (10 kVA / 16 A / CEE socket red). The integrated welding unit supplies up to 300 A welding current, has a connection for SK 35/50 plugs and an interface for a remote control. The air compressor generates 1,000 l/min at 12 bar with a 25 l pressure accumulator (BSP ½" IG connection). The system also offers a hydraulic connection with 20/30 L/min at 140 bar (incl. flat face couplings) for external applications.
