The special bucket is a combination of excavator bucket and vacuum suction cup and can also be used as an air blower.On demolition sites in particular, it is worth separating the smaller and lighter demolition waste from the large debris. This results in lower waste treatment fees. Charges are usually calculated according to weight.And why not use a normal excavator shovel? With an HRVB, less gravel and rock ends up in the waste container, causing unnecessary extra weight. In contrast to manual cleaning and sorting by hard "leg labour", the HRVB is much faster and more effective. In other words, using an HRVB recycling vacuum shovel is significantly more cost-efficient than the traditional way.From the demolition building directly into the waste containerWith the HRVB, materials such as wool, plastic, pieces of wood and expanded clay (LECA) can be collected from the demolition debris. However, it is even possible to collect certain materials, such as wool, as soon as it is exposed during building demolition. An excavator with a vacuum shovel carries out this daily cleaning work quickly and effortlessly.How does the bucket work?The vacuum bucket can be equipped with a quick coupling connection to easily attach it to the excavator. There are 4 hydraulic connections on the bucket. Two of these are for the pressure and tank lines of the hydraulic motor that drives the fan blade. The direct coupling of the hydraulic volume flow and fan blade speed means that the suction or air blow volume flow can be infinitely adjusted via the oil flow. With the two additional hydraulic connections, the operator can control the suction side hatch or the size of the suction opening from the cab.The bucket also has a connection for an additional vacuum hose on the rear of the bucket. This additional connection means that the operator can also use the unit for manual vacuum suction work carried out by "leg work". This function is particularly advantageous for work where precision is very important. The recommended diameter of the suction hose is 80-100 millimetres, enabling fast vacuum suction even in tight spaces. For example, it is possible to remove sand from rainwater drainage pipes with an additional vacuum hose and the vacuum shovel. In other words, the additional connection of the recycling vacuum shovel reduces the need for an additional vacuum truck.Air blowing capability as a toolBut what about using it as an air blowing tool? The air blowing or fan side is located on the same side as the additional suction connection for manual suction work. Basically, air always blows out of the air blow connection when the vacuum shovel is in operation. However, if the bucket is to be used for air blowing, it must first be turned to the other side using a rotator. This makes it possible to blow leaves, rubbish and snow away from the paths, for example. This is exactly how the vacuum shovel is currently being used on the tram line in Tampere, Finland.What else can products in the new category deliver?The centrepiece of the new DYNASET vacuum product category, the HFC Hydraulic Centrifugal Fan, provides a solution for many ventilation, air blowing and suction applications. The centrifugal fan is driven by a hydraulic motor and can therefore be installed even in the tightest of spaces. There is also no need to worry about cooling.
