The HYDRA GEO-EASY is a compact, self-propelled drilling rig for geotechnical investigations that can be used as both a static and dynamic penetrometer. Developed for the precise exploration and evaluation of soils, the system impresses with its user-friendly controls, space-saving design and high versatility when taking and analysing soil samples. The two versions GEO-EASY-10 and GEO-EASY-20 enable static tests up to 100 kN and 200 kN respectively and are also equipped for dynamic penetration tests, auger drilling and percussion drilling. The device can be manoeuvred remotely via the integrated control panel, making it easy to use in confined spaces or difficult terrain. The standard equipment already includes all the components required for classic geotechnical testing methods, including rotary head, test probes, drill rods, pull-out systems and anchor technology. The machine allows four different types of test to be carried out: Static penetration tests Dynamic load tests Auger drilling with sampling Impact drilling The HYDRA GEO-EASY can optionally be extended with a semi-automatic data acquisition system and a piezocone for measuring pore water pressure and shear strength. This makes the device suitable for both simple soil analyses and complex ground investigations in accordance with DIN EN ISO 22476. With its compact design, extensive features and the option of digital data recording, the HYDRA GEO-EASY is the ideal solution for mobile soil analyses.
