The CC430 is a powerful demolition grapple from Edilgrappa for mini-excavators from 3 to 5 tonnes - designed for particularly demanding demolition work. The integrated pressure booster increases the operating pressure to 500 bar, resulting in a demolition force of 440 kN at the tip and a cutting force of 1,400 kN. This means that even solid concrete walls up to 435 mm thick and reinforcing bars up to 30 mm can be processed efficiently and in a controlled manner.
Thanks to the mechanical 360° rotator, flexible use in confined spaces is possible. The replaceable tips increase the durability and ease of maintenance of the tongs. The HCC3V is a powerful demolition grapple for demolishing reinforced concrete and reinforced concrete structures, designed for carrier machines from 4 to 7 tonnes. Its specially shaped jaws enable powerful breaking of concrete, while replaceable blades reliably cut through the integrated reinforcing steel. The housing is made entirely of highly wear-resistant Hardox®, including Hardox-400®, and is therefore ideally suited for intensive use.
The technology features a reinforced rotary motor, a double-bearing slewing ring for particularly tough applications and an integrated shock valve to protect the rotary unit. With an opening width of 358 mm, a weight of 300 kg and opening/closing times of 1.2/1.2 seconds, the HCC3V works quickly and efficiently. The hydraulic requirement is 60-80 l/min at 250 bar (crusher) and 5 l/min at 120 bar (rotation).
