HCC32V - Demolition clamp for heavy excavators up to 35 tonnes with 1,090 mm opening width The HCC32V from Hydraram is the largest model in the HCC series and was developed for the professional demolition of heavily reinforced concrete with excavators from 29 to 35 tonnes. With an opening width of 1,090 mm, a dead weight of 2,960 kg and a highly robust construction made of Hardox®, including Hardox-400®, this model is ideal for demanding applications in heavy demolition. The jaw geometry is designed for powerful breaking, while replaceable blades cut the reinforcing steel cleanly. The HCC32V has a reinforced slewing gear, a double bearing slewing ring and a shock valve to protect the motor during intensive use. The hydraulic requirement is 250-350 l/min at max. 350 bar (crusher) and 10 l/min at max. 140 bar (rotation). The opening/closing times are 2.0/2.6 seconds. Replaceable teeth and blades also ensure easy maintenance and long-lasting performance. The HCC32V is listed under demolition grapples for mini-excavators up to 5 tonnes (extended class) and in the concrete crusher & pulveriser product group.
