The SH301 bending insert enables precise U-bending of aluminium and copper busbars on the compact SH300 machining centre and can be easily integrated into the system. Ideal for assembly work using a hydraulic foot pump. As the feed rate is slower when using a foot pump, precise bending can be achieved by slowly approaching the angle to be bent. This bending tool does not have a bend limiter. A mechanical indicator shows the bending angle achieved.If this bending insert is operated with an electro-hydraulic unit, for example AH500, it cannot be switched off precisely as the feed rate is too fast.

The SH301K bending insert is the convenient solution for precise U-bending of busbars on the SH300 machining centre. Equipped with a limit switch, it enablesthe hydraulic unit to be switched off automatically when the preset bending angle is reached - for maximum repeat accuracy and efficiency.Note: An AH500 series electrohydraulic pump is required for the limit switch to function.

The SH303-03 adapter is an indispensable accessory for the SH300 machining centre. It enables the mounting of hole matrices for both round hole inserts(ERKO-SH303) and oval hole inserts(ERKO-SH304) and is ideal for burr-free hole machining on aluminium and copper rails.
