FK Machinery ’s silage cuttersare used for the precise cutting of forage from piles, for cutting bales and for transporting forage. Cutting attachments are categorised into those with forks, shovels and multi- blades. The FK Machinery OW3 bale wrapper is a robust machine with a very simple design. The manual controls ensure ease of use and a low failure rate. Compared to conventional stationary wrappers, the loading, wrapping, cutting and unloading of the bales are all carried out from the driver’s cab.Thanks to its robust construction, once the bale has been loaded onto the turntable, we can move on to the second bale and already have it on the loading arm, thereby minimising the time taken for the wrapping process. The arm is also adjustable, allowing it to be adapted to the size of the bales being wrapped. The wrapping time depends on the speed of the turntable, but usually takes about 1 minute per bale. The blade that cuts the bale is driven by a servo motor , which is also controlled by the operator, giving you the control to ensure the cut is made in the correct position. During unloading, the bale is supported by the support arm, which relieves the load on the entire assembly and places the bale on the ground in the desired position. Only one hydraulic section is required to operate the machine. Maximum bale weight up to 1,150 kg, plus a second bale of the same weight on the feed conveyor.Technical dataMaximum bale diameter: 1,800 mmMaximum bale width: 1,350 mmPermissible bale weight: 1,150 kgFilm width: 750 mmRequired tractor power: 30 PSBale counterTyres: 340/55 R16
