The FK Machinery OW3 bale wrapper is a solid construction with a very simple design. The manual control ensures user-friendliness and a low failure rate. The loading, wrapping, cutting and depositing of the bales is all done from the driver's cab compared to conventional stationary wrappers.Thanks to the solid construction, after loading the bale onto the turntable, we can drive to the second bale and have it already on the loading arm, minimising the time of the wrapping process. The arm is also adjustable, allowing it to be adapted to the size of the wrapped bales. The wrapping time depends on the speed of the turntable, but normally takes about 1 minute for one bale. The knife that cuts the bale is driven by a servo motor, which is also controlled by the operator, so you have control to ensure the cut is in the right place. When unloading, the bale is supported by the support arm, which takes the weight off the entire structure and places the bale on the ground in the desired manner. Only one hydraulic section is required to operate the machine.
