How does the high-pressure dust suppression system work?

The high-pressure dust suppression system utilises the electrical system of a machine, vehicle or vessel as a power source to generate a high-pressure water mist for dust suppression.

1. The electric high-pressure water pump is connected to the electrical system of the machine (DC) or to the mains (AC).

2. An integrated electric motor drives the high-pressure water pump, which generates water under high pressure for dust control.

3. The water is delivered to the high-pressure nozzles without nozzles at the optimum pressure level, creating an atomised water mist.

4. The atomised water mist, which consists of tiny water droplets, effectively suppresses dust.
