The HKR2500 screw compressor delivers a constant compressed air supply of 2,500 L/min at 7 bar and reaches a maximum pressure of 10 bar (145 PSI) - ideal for mobile applications with high air requirements. Whether on construction sites, in municipal vehicles or in mobile workshops: The HKR2500 impresses with its compact design, high efficiency and reliable performance.

The automatic speed control, the integrated air pressure control with pressure relief and the integrated pressure gauge ensure optimum control and operational safety. The hydraulic output range is 27-100 l/min at max. 245 bar, nominal 37-67 l/min at 175-225 bar - perfectly matched for machines with medium to high hydraulic pressure.

In the HKR2500AD version, the HKR2500 is supplied in a weatherproof housing that allows it to be mounted on a loading platform . All necessary components are installed in the housing.

An oil cooler is already integrated in the housing.

Equipped in this way, the HKR2500AD unit is primarily designed for installation on the loading area and is the ideal solution for work vehicles, pick-ups and service vans, making it perfect for pneumatic applications in the field.

All connections of the HKR hydraulic compressor are located on the same side of the device. Seen from the left-hand side, the air outlet (PA) comes first, followed by the electrical cable entry, the load sensing line (LS) and finally the hydraulic pressure line and the return line on the right-hand side of the unit.

The HKR-AD screw compressor units are available for 12 and 24 volt systems.

The uniqueness of this compressor series lies in its extreme performance. The HKR2500-AD delivers up to 88 CFM of air at 145 PSI, all in a compact unit.

An important feature is that you can perfectly customise the air output of the compressor to your needs by controlling the hydraulic flow. In addition, the unit has a speed control cartridge that allows the user to exceed the hydraulic oil flow by up to 50% of the rated value, thus protecting the compressor.

The HKR Hydraulic Above Deck compressor has an integrated hydraulic oil coolerwhich ensures optimum performance even in continuous, demanding applications. The housing is designed to withstand harsh conditions through the use of robust covers and frame construction. This robust construction ensures a long service life without compromise.

Easy installation and low maintenance

Installing the HKR compressor for installation on the loading area is very simple:

• Choose the installation location on your lorry.

• Bolt the device to the integrated mounting frame and the lifting points - no dismantling required.

• Connect the hydraulic hoses (pressure and return) and plug in the electrical control cable.

• Connect the air hose to the air outlet.
