The sheet metal punches from KW Hydraulik are the ideal solution for precise, burr-free punching of sheet metal and plastics in areas such as car body construction, switch cabinet production or stainless steel kitchens. The revised cutting geometry reduces the cutting pressure, minimises the effort required and extends the service life of the tool and hydraulic components.
Suitable for manual or hydraulic operation - with connection thread M19 (3/4" UNF). The use of a hydraulic tool is recommended for cut-outs from 26×26 mm in ST37.

From 26x26mm for ST37 we recommend the use of hydraulic tools.The friction in the thread of hand-operated perforations (with hexagon head screw) is so strong that the lag screw is worn out after repeated operation. We therefore do not provide any guarantee for the draw bolt.There is no friction with hydraulically actuated tie rods. They are therefore suitable for continuous use.
The 9008 hydraulic power unit was specially developed for use with IMB MULTIFOR devices and impresses with its robust design and precise performance. Equipped with a high-precision radial piston pump and a low-maintenance electric motor in an oil bath, it delivers reliable hydraulic power even under demanding conditions.
An integrated pressure switch ensures automatic switch-off and return as soon as the preset working pressure is reached. It is conveniently controlled via the integrated foot pedal or optionally by remote control.
