TheHYDRAGEO-EASY is a compact, self-propelled drilling rig for geotechnical investigations, which can be used as both a static and a dynamic penetration tester. Designed for the precise investigation and assessment of soils, the system impresses with its user-friendly controls, space-saving design and high versatility in the collection and analysis of soil samples. The two models, the GEO-EASY-10 and GEO-EASY-20 , allow for static tests up to 100 kN and 200 kN respectively, and are also equipped for dynamic penetration tests, auger drilling and percussion drilling. The integrated control panel allows the unit to be operated remotely, which facilitates its use even in confined spaces or on difficult terrain. The standard configuration already includes all the components required for conventional geotechnical testing methods, including a rotary head, test tips, drill rods, extraction systems and anchoring technology. The machine allows four different types of test to be carried out: Static penetration tests Dynamic load tests Auger drilling with core sampling Impact drilling Optionally, theHYDRAGEO-EASY can be upgraded with semi-automatic data acquisition and a piezocone for measuring pore water pressure and shear strength. This makes the device suitable for both simple soil analyses and complex ground investigations in accordance with DIN EN ISO 22476. With its compact design, comprehensive range of features and the option for digital data recording , theHYDRAGEO-EASY offers the ideal solution for mobile soil investigations. This makes the GEO-EASY the perfect companion on construction sites, in engineering offices or for research projects. These machines were developed to carry out geological sampling and soil investigations. The key considerations were user-friendliness, ease of transport due to their compact dimensions, and versatility of application. They can be controlled remotely via a control panel. The standard configuration allows for the performance of 4 types of tests: Static tests up to 100 kN for the GEO-EASY-10, 200 kN for the GEO-EASY-20 Heavy dynamic tests Sampling and rotary drilling Core sampling with a percussion drill Optional:Semi-automatic method with data acquisition Piezocone Standard machine configuration:Rotary head Instrument for static testing Instrument for dynamic testing 1 BEGEMANN drill bit 20 m rods for static testing 1 dynamic drill bit 20 m rods for dynamic testing 1 extraction system for dynamic and static rods 2 lateral anchors 1 screw-type anchor tensioning system 2 hydraulic rotary heads for anchor actuation 1 data display 1 toolbox with a set of keys
