Powered by a sound-insulated 100 kW DOOSAN diesel engine compliant with Stage V emissions standards, it meets the highest standards of performance, environmental friendliness and efficiency.It is operated directly via the integrated electrical control panel with safety buttons. Standard equipment includes a hydraulic manifold with flow and pressure control valves, a pressure gauge, an oil tank (100 l), oil cooling, an oil filter and a robust steel frame with transport supports.With flat-face couplings (P+T), the HD100 is designed for the quick connection of hydraulic tools. The hydraulic power unit, fitted with a 25 kW diesel engine, is designed to meet the most demanding requirements in industrial applications. The sound-insulated diesel engine, which complies with Stage V emissions standards, enables low-emission yet powerful operation. Depending on the working pressure, the flow rate ranges from 70 litres per minute at 140 bar to 40 litres per minute at 250 bar (configurable to customer requirements).The unit is operated directly via an integrated electrical control panel with safety buttons. A hydraulic manifold with flow and pressure control valves, as well as a pressure gauge for precise monitoring of the working pressure, are fitted as standard. The oil tank has a capacity of 60 litres, whilst the diesel tank holds 70 litres. A high-performance air-oil cooling system and a high-quality oil filter ensure reliable operation even under heavy loads.The unit is housed in a sturdy protective frame with solid transport supports made from welded and painted tubing, and is suitable for both mobile and stationary applications. The maximum operating pressure is 250 bar. For greater flexibility, the system can be optionally fitted with a remote control.
