TheHYDRASL200-1250 is a versatile drilling rig designed for mounting on excavators, cranes or trailers with an operating weight of 1.5 to 10 tonnes. It is ideally suited for mounting on mini-excavators, mobile cranes or compact carrier vehicles, and expands their range of applications to include numerous drilling methods, both vertical and horizontal. The medium-sized drilling rig is supplied with a control panel for controlling the swivel direction and height adjustment. An integrated hydraulic gear motor in the upper section of the unit ensures precise raising and lowering of the drill head. Depending on operational requirements, various stroke lengths ranging from 1,250 mm to 3,250 mm are available. TheHYDRASL150 is a particularly compact drilling rig designed for mounting on small carrier vehicles such as mini-excavators, mobile cranes or trailers. It has been specially developed for mobile use in confined spaces and is ideal for light to medium-duty drilling work in the field or on construction sites. Equipped with its own control unit for swivel and lift control, the SL150 enables precise operation. The integrated hydraulic gear motor ensures reliable up and down movement of the drill head. The rig is available in various stroke lengths ranging from 1,250 to 3,250 mm and can be customised with a variety of rotary heads, earth augers and accessory modules. TheHYDRASL400 is a robust drilling rig designed for mounting on medium-duty carrier machines such as excavators weighing between 10 and 30 tonnes. Designed for demanding applications, it offers a long reach, high torque and modular equipment – ideal for professional drilling projects in earthworks or specialist civil engineering. The SL400 can be operated intuitively via a control console with precise slewing and lifting controls. The integrated hydraulic gear motor handles the lifting and lowering of the slewing head, supported by an axial bearing to ensure smooth, gliding rotation. Depending on requirements, stroke lengths of 3,250 mm or 4,750 mm are available. This makes the rig particularly suitable for deep drilling operations under high loads. TheHYDRASL600 is the most powerful model in the HYDRA mount series – designed for mounting on heavy excavators and carrier machines weighing between 20 and 40 tonnes. Thanks to its robust construction and enormous stroke lengths ,it is ideally suited for deep drilling and heavy-duty drilling rigs, particularlyin geothermal engineering and specialist civil engineering. The drilling derrick is supplied with a control panel for operating the slewing movement and lifting mechanism. An integrated hydraulic gear motor ensures precise positioning of the swivel head. With available stroke lengths of 3,400 mm and 6,400 mm, the SL600 is designed for particularly deep and high-torque drilling projects, even in the hardest ground conditions.
