DOA MANTA – Hydraulic power unit with a 14 PS petrol engine and an integrated 2.2 kVA generator
TheDOAMANTA hydraulic power unit combines two functions in one compact system: It supplies hydraulic power for tools and cylinders (30 L/min at a maximum of 140 bar) – whilst simultaneously providing electricity for electrical equipment via the integrated 2.2 kVA generator (230 V). This makes it the ideal solution for self-sufficient use on construction sites or in mobile service applications.Technical details:Oil flow rate: 20–30 L/min at max. 140 barEngine: 14 PS Briggs & Stratton, petrolRecoil and electric startersManual speed controlFlat-face quick-connect couplingGenerator output: 230 V, 2.2 kVADimensions: [850 x 600 x 650] mmWeight: 95 kgOn request, the hydraulic system can be customised to meet specific requirements, subject to the unit’s capacity.

DOA WP116 – Self-priming pump with hydraulic motor for draining siphons in gas networks
WP116 is a modern self-priming water pump with a hydraulic motor. The pump is designed to extract water that has accidentally entered the collection siphons in the lower sections of gas networks. Water can enter gas pipes following cracks or maintenance work; this water, which has accumulated in the lower part of the network, can fill the siphons and even overflow, blocking the pipes and preventing the normal free flow of gas. Water can penetrate the system and damage gas meters, as well as cause other problems with which gas maintenance teams are well acquainted. The WP116 is made of non-sparking bronze and features moving parts with no metal-to-metal contacts, meaning there is no possibility of creating localised hotspots. Its hydraulic operation (no electricity!) ensures inherent safety, which is absolutely essential for this delicate procedure. To use it, simply connect the pump’s suction nozzle to the siphon using a flexible hose, then vent and pump out the mixture of water, gas and air – all in complete safety and whilst the gas pipe remains in normal operating condition. The extracted liquid must be disposed of in stages in accordance with local regulations, as it is classified as hazardous waste. The WP116 is unique in its kind, as its features, functionality and safety are essential components of the equipment used by modern gas maintenance teams.Practical, robust and safe – indispensable in use Made from ‘spark-free’ anti-explosive bronze A large water filter prevents dirt and metal shavings from entering the pump The water filter can be opened in a matter of seconds for cleaning and inspection Requires minimal and simple maintenanceTechnical specifications:Water flow rate: 110 L/min at a head of 1 metre25 L/min at a head of 20 metresDelivery head: max. 20 metres (2 bar)Suction head: max. 6 metres above water levelHose connection: Ø40 mm (suction and discharge lines)Ideal suction diameter: 25 mmWater quality: filtered waterHydraulics: 20–30 L/min at 100–210 bar
