TRIS - 300 kN Working Station for Copper Bus Bars

Basic unit for many tools to design copper bars.

Bending, Punching, Cutting, also cutting DIN mountening rails ...
Tools for laminated bars are available.
Hydraulic Tool for connecting at a hydraulic pump with 700 bar (10.000 PSI).
The universal tool system is constructed for using in a production line.

You can work with copper and aluminium bars up to:

• 15 x 160 mm punching and cutting
• 20 x 200 mm bending

Thru a special piston-system you can 100% reproduce each step.
The working plate is adjustable so you don´t need to sign the bars.

Punching area:

• round 5,0 up to 25,0 mm
• oval up to 18 x 25 mm
• material thickness up to 15 mm

Cutting:
Our special geometry of the plates garanty a cleen and smooth cut.
Cutting area: max. 160 x 15 mm.
